Inspired by our ‘Making Japan’ exhibition and gardens work with artist Sarah-Jane Mason to explore different techniques and materials such as block printing and brush painting.
Sarah-Jane will guide you to making a final piece of artwork to take home.
This event will be taking place indoors at Lotherton Hall Museum. You will be required to wear a face covering and we will organise the workshop to maintain social distancing. We will provide water for everyone but do remember to pop to the café for lunch or bring your own and take a seat in the gardens.
This event is funded by the government’s Cultural Relief Fund and is part of the #HereForCulture campaign.
#HereForCulture is a movement that unites the public, government and cultural organisations in support of our fantastic cinemas, theatres, music venues, museums, galleries and heritage. By being #HereForCulture, we aren’t just supporting the people in the industry, we’re also supporting communities across the country.
