Join us on a bat walk around the Temple Newsam estate to spot different bat species and find out what makes these fascinating creatures so special. Learn to use a bat detector and discover different types of behaviour, roosting and feeding patterns.

Meet before the walk in the courtyard for tea and biscuits and a short informative talk. The walk is approximately 2 miles, mostly on tarmac paths, finishing back at the house at about 10pm. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please ring before booking and we will try to accommodate your needs.
