Wander through the historic cobbled yards and outbuildings and find out what life was like at Home Farm at Temple Newsam.

Come along and get up close to your favourite farmyard friends including piglets, geese, guinea pigs and loads more!

Enjoy fantastic vistas of the park and lakes at Temple Newsam from every window of the house and take in this vastly beautiful estate.

Join our nature trails, perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Take a picnic by the lakeside gardens or have some family fun in our adventure playground.

A short stroll from the house and farm you’ll be greeted by Rhododendron Walk, planted with material collected by previous owners of Temple Newsam and beautifully developed over the years.

Within the Walled Garden discover 800 yards of outstanding herbaceous borders, rose beds and herbs set within the beautifully aged 18th century brick walls.
