Our February Sociable History Club talk is all about the volunteer-run colour garden project at Leeds Industrial Museum.
Discover more about the environmental impact of industry at one of the oldest textile mills in Leeds, Leeds Industrial Museum. We’ll discuss the legacy of industry, and how a volunteer gardening project at the site is looking to the future whilst celebrating the heritage of the mill and its grounds.
From dye plants and fish ladders to pollution and community action, join the Assistant Community Curator for a potted history of the grounds at Leeds Industrial Museum.
