The 10th Leeds International Beer Festival will take place at Kirkstall Abbey from 8 – 11 September 2022.

Leeds Town Hall is having a major refurbishment so we’ve travelled along the river to Kirkstall!

Follow the footsteps of the monks who lived at Kirkstall some 870 years ago, and enjoy a brew in one of the country’s best-preserved Cistercian monasteries.

Leeds International Beer Festival will take over the entire abbey, including the incredible church,  cloister, and stunning chapter house.

Our event is inclusive so as well as beer from local legends and internationals we’ll have plenty of low and zero-alcohol drinks, cider, and wine/spirits on tap.

From quaffable session beers to experimental releases, and from summery saisons to dark and spicy numbers, our line-up of brewers will be on hand to guide you through their recommendations.

We’ll also have a delicious selection of food stalls including veggie and vegan options, live bands and DJ sets each day.

Thursday – Saturday sessions are for over 18s only, but we have a chilled out Family Day session on Sunday for little ones. We’ll have lots to keep the kids entertained on our Family Day, so parents and carers can enjoy a beer and sample some of the great street food on offer.
