- See giant paper‑flower sculptures by artist Andy Singleton and help the display grow all summer by adding your own crafted bloom to the installation
- Follow the plant‑spotting trail: search for colourful clues hidden in different rooms, learn quirky plant facts and tick off discoveries as you go
- Get hands‑on with plant‑themed crafts: Take part in self‑led activities including making paper flowers, leafy crowns and fun boppers to wear around the house and gardens
- Explore real plants up close: Look at seeds, leaves and textures under magnifiers and discover how plants were used in the past, from healing to household essentials
- Find mini ‘wow moments’ around the house: Spot giant leaves, flowers and roots, get interactive with unusual plant specimens and test your senses with smell‑and‑guess jars
- Still life: Create a beautiful 3D Still Life inspired by our stunning art works
- Take selfies at the flower arches: Perfect for bright, summery family photos.
- Design and build your own LEGO garden: Let imaginations bloom with bricks, colours and creative garden builds
- Join artist‑led sessions: take part in special artist-led workshops on Wednesdays and Saturdays 1-3pm
- Free house entry for children on Tuesdays (1 free child per each paid for adult ticket)

Plant Power on Home Farm, the estate and in the Walled Garden
Celebrate the wonderful world of plants with a fun-filled family day at the Farm. Follow our magical Flower Fairy Trail, enjoy creative nature-inspired crafts, and help the Farm flourish by planting flowers for pollinators. Discover the important role plants play in Farm life and learn how our wildflower meadows provide vital habitats for butterflies, bees, and other pollinating insects.

Head to Dunstan’s Hall and learn how to make your very own seed bombs to take away and scatter. Free with general admission
