The 1152 Club is a history and heritage talks series for people aged 55 and over, held at Abbey House Museum.

Sheila Bownas was a print designer for textiles and wallpapers, working in Yorkshire, from the 1950s to 1970s. She sold her designs to the likes of M&S, John Lewis and Liberty's. Join Leeds Museums and Galleries' Curator of Costume and Textiles Natalie Raw to explore this fascinating collection and story.

A free drop in talks series for the over 55s. No booking required. Tea and coffee provided on a PAYF basis. 10am doors for a 10.15am start.
