Join our friendly team for a winter tour of Temple Newsam. You'll catch us decorating for Christmas and taking on cleaning and conservation work in the new year. 

Temple Newsam is one of the great houses of England, bursting with teasures and tales.

Explore over 500 years of history on one of our winter tours. You will be shown beautiful interiors, fascinating objects and hear remarkable stories.  

Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guides make this an unforgettable experience.

Tours last around 1 hr and are suitable for all ages.

- Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time.  Late admissions may not be permitted due to capacity. 

- Car parking is available in the house car park. Parking tickets can be purchased via the PayByPhone parking app or in the house gift shop.  There are free car parks on the estate  with 10-15 minute walk to house.

- We are sorry but prams are not allowed around the house. They can be left in the buggy park.
