Fun, creative workshop about drawing children's book illustrations.

Have some fun, relaxing creative time in this three-hour workshop. We will look at the secret ingredients of great children’s book illustration, drawing on the museum collection and your tutor’s extensive stash of artwork and illustrated books.

You will then be taken step-by-step through the process of creating a compelling illustrated character for your own creative work, or just for fun. All art materials will be supplied with the workshop, and you’ll have the opportunity to try out a variety of media to find a technique that’s right for your own personal style. Adults only.
