Mill Children
Explore the working and home lives of Victorian children through roleplay in what was once the biggest woollen mill in the world. Pupils will be given jobs that children would have carried out in the mill and be able to experience what it might have been like to live, dress and work as a child during the height of the Industrial Revolution.
Ahead of the workshop we will: arrange for a pre-visit, send out health and safety info and arrange an itinerary for the day.
Most suitable for: KS1, KS2, Local Leeds History, The Victorians
