Experience the magic of inner peace with this sound bath in our Victorian Streets.

Join Resonate with Hope for a sepcial sound bath. Allow the gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, rainstick, koshi chimes and more to take you to a deep meditative state where you can simply 'just be'. 
Part of the 2026 Leeds Mindfulness Festival.

Please bring your own pillow, mat and blanket for comfort.

Visitor Information

Please do not attend this event if you have seizures that are induced by sound, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please note the Victorian Street surface is slightly uneven, so make sure you bring a suitable mat to provide cushioning. You may also sit in a chair if your prefer. Level access is available throughout the entire building. Free car parking across the road in Abbey House Car Park (there is a height barrier in place). Please enter through the Abbey House Museum shop. The museum is closed to general visitors until 12 noon.
