Maybe you've tried mediation before, or maybe you're an ameatur meditator looking to develop how you practise. 

Steve Hart, mindfulness and meditiation practitioner, will demonstrate how to use meditation to overcome hinderances and applying the antidotes to difficulties and forming the foundation for higher states of consciousness.
