Across eight unique venues, our curated programme of group and travel trade-ready experiences has been designed to offer memorable visits that bring culture, heritage and discovery together.

With dedicated trade rates, benefits and a range of products designed specifically for coach groups and organised travel, Leeds Museums and Galleries makes planning cultural visits simple.

Our experiences are designed to welcome groups of different sizes. Minimum group charges apply to selected products; however, smaller groups are always welcome and can still enjoy the full experience by meeting the stated minimum rate. If you are planning something bespoke, our team are pleased to discuss options and help shape the right visit for your group. 

Benefits
Complimentary Driver Refreshments
To support our coach and group travel partners, complimentary refreshments will be provided for bus and coach drivers at each Leeds Museums and Galleries site visited. Refreshment provision will vary by site but will typically include tea, coffee, or an equivalent hospitality offer.
Free Group Leader Admission
Each booked group receives one complimentary place for the group organiser or tour leader on every eligible Leeds Museums and Galleries product, making planning and coordination easier.
10% Group Retail Discount
Groups visiting Leeds Museums and Galleries will receive 10% off purchases in participating museum and gallery shops on the day of their visit, giving guests the opportunity to take home a souvenir inspired by their experience.

Minimum charges apply where stated; groups below the stated minimum numbers remain welcome and will be charged at the applicable minimum rate. Terms and conditions of booking will be provided at proposal stage.  All prices given are inclusive of VAT.

Abbey House Museum
North-west Leeds | Travel through time in the interactive streets offer glimpses into Leeds' Victorian past, whilst the upper galleries showcase stories and objects which include childhood nostalgia, toys, and games.
Kirkstall Abbey
North-west Leeds | One of Britain’s finest monastic ruins, a Grade 1 listed building and scheduled ancient monument. Kirkstall Abbey offers visitors a glimpse into what life was like for monks over 860 years ago.
Leeds Art Gallery
City Centre | Our flagship art gallery holds an extensive collection of 19th and 20th century British painting, sculpture and film. The gallery presents a programme of temporary exhibitions featuring modern and contemporary artworks by nationally and internationally renowned artists.
Leeds City Museum
City Centre | A journey through history and home to objects from Leeds Museums & Galleries varied collections. The beautiful Victorian building offers six galleries across four floors, showcasing natural sciences, world cultures, Leeds history, industry, ancient civilisations, and archaeology.
Leeds Discovery Centre
City Centre | Our dedicated museum storage centre, where we care for over one million objects – that’s 95% of Leeds Museums and Galleries collections! Get close to bones from extinct animals, medieval archaeology, beautiful silk gowns, and a huge Ugandan drum.
Leeds Industrial Museum
West Leeds | Discover the stories of Leeds textile, print, filmmaking and engineering industries, and step back in time in the 1920s cinema Palace Picture House, one of the smallest cinemas in the UK. Explore our gardens and grounds with links its heritage.
Lotherton
East Leeds | Explore our Edwardian hall filled with hidden treasures, encounter animals from across the globe at Wildlife World and stroll the expansive grounds and gardens.
Temple Newsam
East Leeds | Temple Newsam is one of the finest historic houses in the region, with a rich history of links to royalty through plots and intrigue. With over 1,500 acres of stunning woodland, parkland and gardens landscaped by the famous 18th century gardener Capability Brown, there is lots to see!
