In response to the upcoming Resistance exhibition, once a month, enjoy a free, creative workshop exploring the themes of protest.

In December, this exciting workshop will encourage you to produce a variety of zines in response to our Steve McQueen, Resistance exhibition. Working alongside artist Maria Radulescu, you will make various zines which will go on display in the Leeds Art Gallery Artspace and published on our social media accounts.

Find out more about the history of zines, learn new techniques develop your creative skills to produce different layouts and sizes of zines.

All materials are provided. No prior experience is necessary.

This workshop is free.

Light snacks will be provided. Bring a packed lunch if you prefer.

Please note, this workshop is part of the youth engagement programme, therefore, you must be aged 14-24 to take part.
