Join us on our monthly Wellbeing Walks exploring the city, taking inspiration from materials and themes from an artist in the collections and exhibitions at Leeds Art Gallery and discovering new ways to view the city, meeting new people along the way. 

Throughout the summer we will be running walks on the third Thursday, starting from the gallery with an artistic prompt and a bundle of art materials we’ll be heading out into the city, taking the time to notice and be creative.

August theme: Nature
September theme: Trains 

Please come prepared for all weathers, wearing comfortable footwear and bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
  
The walks will be at a leisurely pace, with lots of breaks and rest stops factored in. Once you have booked your place you will receive further guidance and information prior to the walk.
