Meet and feed our Humboldt penguins in an up-close animal experience like no other.

£70 for up to 2 people. Additional participants £25pp up to a maximum of 4. Minimum participation age 7. Two children per adult.

Our Humboldt Penguins have always been a firm favourite among Wildlife World visitors, and now you have the chance to meet them up close at our accessible, purpose-built penguin pool.

A unique experience to share with friends or family.

A deep dive into your day…

You’ll start your experience by meeting at our animal experience check-in in the Wildlife World shop, where you will be given your VIP wristband and full safety briefing by your personal Wildlife World Keeper.

Then, the fun really begins as you enter the experience arena…

Wobble, Bilbo and the gang will be ready and waiting as you take charge of feeding time. You’ll deliver them a fish supper and have the opportunity to watch them in action up-close, on land and in the water, from the viewing platform.

Your dedicated Keeper will share fascinating facts about the Humboldt penguin along the way, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Lotherton’s Penguin Experience is the perfect alternative gift for any penguin fan. Or a unique treat to share among loved ones, along with memories that will last long after you’ve left…

Please note: our Penguin Experience is returning due to the lifting of the avian influenza restrictions for a limited period.

There will be a pause on experience over the summer due to the annual moulting.
