Join this meditative walk around the peaceful Kirkstall Abbey grounds with Brahma Kumaris.

A chance to get some fresh air and fresh thoughts and a taster of Raja Yoga meditation – and to reflect in beautiful surroundings on the beautiful qualities we all have inside us. Organised by Brahma Kumaris in association with Kirkstall Abbey, the walks are included in entry to the Abbey and open to all. 

Kirkstall Abbey is a Give What You Can museum, suggested donation amount to enter is £5.

Meet at the desk in the Visitors Centre, Kirkstall Abbey. All welcome, no need to book.
