Booking Information

  • All visitors must book a General Admission ticket (Magical Christmas Admission), however, children visiting Father Christmas or Mrs Claus is inclusive of General Admission.
  • If you are visiting both Father Christmas and Mrs Claus please ensure that your time slots are 45 minutes apart. 
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time. Late admissions may not be permitted due to capacity.
  • General admission is from 11am – 4pm. If your Father Christmas / Mrs Claus time slot is in the afternoon, please allow enough time to enjoy the House crafts and activities before.
  • Please note: our pop-up café is cash only.
