Home Educators' Taster Day

This Home Educators’ Taster Day offers families for children aged 7+ a snapshot of the learning experiences available across this unique estate.

You'll discover 3 areas of Lotherton, with 20 minutes in each area and 10 minutes moving to the next location.

Wildlife World Zoo -  Find out why zoos are important and the role they play in animal welfare, conservation, education and research. 
The Museum - Discover how museum objects can inspire tailored and creative workshops to suit your child's specific learning needs. 
The Estate - Explore the grounds and get up close to the natural environment, perfect for outdoor learning.

You'll recieve an itinerary for your session, including meet up areas and guidance for each part of the workshop.

Suitable for children aged 7 + with their adult.  
Younger children are welcome on site but must be accompanied by another adult and supervised elsewhere on site whilst the workshops are taking place, unless for babies in arms or for medical reasons.
