Join us for a special youth workshop as part of the national Art History Festival 2026.

Current exhibition Lines of Enquiry brings together a range of artworks from Leeds Art Gallery’s nationally renowned works on paper collection which consists of over 10,000 items. The works that you will see here date from the late 18th century to the present day.  

Drawing from Lines of Enquiry, as part of this workshop you will be supported by Leeds Museums and Galleries' Works on Paper Curator, Natural Sciences Curator and Youth Engagement Curator to draw using museum objects which connect with the artworks on display. 

All materials are provided. Light snacks are available. If you wish to bring a packed lunch, please do. 

This event is aimed at young adults aged 14-18 years. 

To secure your space please email youth.curator@leeds.gov.uk (limited capacity, first come first serves). Consent forms must be completed to gain access to this workshop. This event is free (we are a Give What You Can Gallery).
