Pumpkin Competition

The Leeds City Museum Pumpkin Competition is back! Have you got the most spook-tacular pumpkin idea? Whether you’re 5 or 95, everyone is invited to take part.

Here’s how it works: 

Pick up your entry sheet at the museum and design your dream pumpkin.

You can use any art materials of your choice to make your own unique pumpkin masterpiece! Whether it’s spooky, funny or completely bonkers, we can’t wait to see it. 

Our faboo-lous team will select the lucky winners and transform their ideas into real pumpkins, which will then be proudly displayed at the museum this Halloween. 

Visitors can then vote for their favourite in our people’s choice pumpkin poll. The overall winner will receive a prize!

Don’t forget, please submit your entry at least one week before Halloween to give us enough time to create as many pumpkins as we can.

Pumpkins will be on display:
Saturday 31 October – Sunday 1 November
