Join us for a store tour and family crafts as the Commonwealth Games start to learn about Leeds sporting heritage with curator Catherine Robins.

  • A guided tour of our incredible museum store - filled with over 1 million objects from all over the world
  • Family-friendly crafts and activities - engineer an acrobat or craft an archery set with cotton buds!
  • Get close to some of our collection of sporting memorabilia with a curator

After a tour of our our unique museum storage facility which preserves and protects Leeds Museums and Galleries collections of over 1.3 million objects, we'll become crafting champions.

Can you engineer a pipe cleaner acrobat? Or turn cotton buds into an archery set? With take away sports colouring for at home.

Sensory quiet spaces available during the workshop.
