Join us for a celebration of the musician Matthew Coe, AKA Xero Slingsby, on what would have been his 68th birthday. 

The day will feature demonstrations and performances from Fergus Quill and the ensemble who recorded '¡Up Yours! The Music of Xero Slingsby', followed by a free viewing of Robert Crampton Stanley's film 'Shove It! The Xero Slingsby Story'. 

12 - 1pm: Performances and demonstrations of original Xero Slingsby instruments by Fergus Quill and Friends, in the Music Leeds Us exhibition space.
1.15 - 3.15pm: 'Shove It! The Xero Slingsby Story', in the Thoresby Room (Lower Ground Floor).
