Living in the Dark
Pupils will explore how nocturnal animals are adapted to living in their dark environment. Before or after your workshop you can step into our Nocturnal House at Wildlife World and get to see some of our nocturnal animals including bats, cloud rats, a kinkajou and armadillo.

Workshop Information
During the workshop we will:
- Define what nocturnal and diurnal mean and identify nocturnal animals found in the UK and other countries.
- Participate in activities linked to the senses to show how animals use them to survive in the wild.
- Explore the physical and behavioural adaptations the nocturnal animals at Wildlife World have.
