Wrap up warm for a gentle, family friendly stroll around the estate

We'll be on the lookout for winter birds and brushing up on our ID skills ready for the weekend of The Big Garden Bird Watch. Join us at the Stable Courtyard for a guided walk through the Temple Newsam Estate as we explore the sights and sounds of local birdlife in the heart of winter. Led by an experienced guide, this peaceful January outing offers the chance to spot a variety of resident and visiting birds - from robins, crows and coots, to maybe even a raucous ring-necked parakeet or two!

This gentle walk is suitable for all abilities, making it a wonderful way to enjoy the fresh air, nature, and the quiet beauty of a winter landscape.

* Binoculars will be provided for this event.

Booking essential, £5 per person.
