Techniques: Simple Hand Sewing Techniques exploring Threads for Freedom a project ran by Leeds Libraries.
 
Wednesday 1st October

Artist Focus: Reece Kelly

Techniques: Hand stitched fabric eye charms using beads, sequins and embroidery floss, exploring themes of authenticity and identity.


Wednesday 5th November

Artist Focus: Mike Nelson

Techniques: Observing found objects that would ordinarily be passed wihtout scruting and documenting using shape, form and simple stitches.
 
Wednesday 3rd December

Exhibition Focus: Plant Dreaming

Techniques: Create a collaborative Stitched table cloth, stitching together sharing your plant dreams.
