Visitor Information – COVID-19
In response to COVID‑19 the opening hours, booking systems and visitor offer across our museums and galleries have changed. These changes are due to the measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff.
Planning your visit
Please visit the relevant attraction online to find up-to-date visitor information including opening times, ticket links, and what’s on.
Attractions have different measures in place, please check their FAQ pages by going to the relevant visit page.
There may be last minute changes to attractions and events due to staffing levels. Where possible we will update our website and social media channels to advise visitors in advance, but we recommend contacting the attraction directly for the most up to date information.
Please wear a face covering in enclosed spaces, unless you are exempt. This is the recommended government guidance but it isn’t mandatory.
In the interest of the health and safety of all of our staff and visitors, our staff are wearing masks.
Please make use of our hand sanitising stations and observe signage to help us to protect everyone.
All of our museums and galleries have the official ‘We’re Good to Go’ supporting mark to signal our commitment to following government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and to show that we have processes in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
