Join us in the grounds of Temple Newsam for our family walk starting at the Stable Courtyard from 6am.
During the walk we will focus on bird song to identify mostly woodland and parkland birds found around the estate. We’re also likely to encounter other wildlife en route! There will be plenty of time to observe the varied historic landscape and take lots of photos too. The walk finishes in the courtyard for a pre-ordered cooked breakfast in the cafe from 9am.
The walk is approximately 4 miles and is suitable for families and beginners. Please note that the route will take us through fields, woodlands, over stiles and up steps.
Tickets: £8.50 adult / £5 children including breakfast at the cafe.
