We’re celebrating master craftsman and furniture maker, Thomas Chippendale, all week as we mark his 306th birthday on 5 June.

Visit the House and pick up a Chippentrail to find some of our highlight Chippendale pieces on display.

We have partnered with National Trust Nostell and Harewood House Trust to bring you a week of Chippendale videos and sneak peeks into our archives.

Nostell specialist tours have all sold out, however Harewood House Trust are hosting tours at 12pm daily.

Head to our social channels at facebook and instagram to see what we’re uncovering and explore the houses to see his works in person.

The trail is included in standard admission, pick one up on your way in.

Explore the historic mansion with hidden treasures, encounter rare breed animals at Home Farm and stroll through the impressive grounds and gardens. Find out more about things to see and do at Temple Newsam.
