Come along to our study day and find out a bit about the history of the police, crime and punishment. Why not try out fingerprinting and learn about other crime fighting techniques.

In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to get up close with some of our crime and punishment related collections including truncheons, a police lamp, and some of our ephemera collections with a focus on crime and punishment in Leeds.

With Sarah Allen, Learning and Access Officer and Nicola Pullan, Assistant Curator of Leeds and Social History.

Booking essential, please call 0113 3784079 or email abbey.house@leeds.gov.uk.

£11. A £5 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking, and the balance is due on the day.
