Get ready to fly off to Neverland this summer with a new production of Peter Pan from SISATA theatre company. Featuring puppets specially crafted by Sarah Butterworth, a distant relative of Peter Pan author J M Barrie, this four-hander outdoor play provides entertainment for adults and children alike. Inspired by the Isle of Portland off the Jurassic Coast, meet the natives of Portland, pirates and smugglers and a prehistoric Jurassic monster intent on consuming the rest of Hook.

SISATA are setting out to harness the spirit of the original novel and explore a range of current issues, from the climate emergency to culture wars that pit young and old against each other. In the light of the major challenges the world is currently facing, how can we learn from each other? How can we work together to create a bright future?

Embedded with history, current affairs, original music and boatloads of fun, this show has something for everyone. So grab your picnics, rugs and camping chairs, and prepare to discover a Neverland like no other.

Tickets £14 – £17.
