Join sculptural ceramist artist, Anna Whitehouse, for a day experimenting with clay.
Focussing on form and impressions, use Lotherton Hall Museum and gardens as your inspiration for creating your own designs.
Anna will guide you through different skills and steps and show you how to make a beautiful meditation bowl to take home.
Anna’s practice focuses on creating beautiful and intriguing objects that awaken a childlike sense of wonder and appreciation of the natural world.
This event will be taking place indoors at Lotherton Hall Museum. You will be required to wear a face covering and we will organise the workshop to maintain social distancing. We will provide water for everyone but do remember to pop to the café for lunch or bring your own and take a seat in the gardens.
This event is funded by the government’s Cultural Relief Fund and is part of the #HereForCulture campaign.
#HereForCulture is a movement that unites the public, government and cultural organisations in support of our fantastic cinemas, theatres, music venues, museums, galleries and heritage. By being #HereForCulture, we aren’t just supporting the people in the industry, we’re also supporting communities across the country.
