Date/Time

Venue Leeds City Museum
Weaving Voices as Threads of Community is a project led by artists and facilitators from across Europe.
‘We believe that when people connect through different creative practices (such as voice, weaving, movement, creative writing and environmental work) we can meet, see and hear each other in new and extraordinary ways. When safer and braver spaces are created, trust can be built beyond languages.’
Their story so far can be discovered in the Community Corridor.
The Leeds leg of the project is curated by Teresa Brayshaw and Hannah Butterfield, academics working in the Leeds School of Arts at Leeds Beckett University.
