Join us for our annual gathering to mark Interfaith Week 2021 in the inspiring setting of Kirkstall Abbey.

The day will include representations of many of the major, and some minor, faiths in Leeds, outside musical performances, and a chance to leave a message on our Tree of Hope.

Stalls will address the theme of environmental action, and the day will conclude with a silent walk at 4pm to the Chapter House which will be illuminated.

To tie in with our theme for 2021 attendees are invited to contribute seeds to help in Leeds City Council’s Woodland Creation scheme as part of the autumn Seed Gathering Bonanza.

Tea and coffee will be served for attendees in the Rose Room, Kirkstall Abbey Visitor Centre.

While no pre-booking is required we will be carefully monitoring visitor flow and plentiful hand sanitizer will be available. The indoor space will be well ventilated so please dress warmly.

While we prefer it if you are able to wear a mask indoors, this is a personal choice. Visitors may also like to take the chance to visit our Light For Leeds exhibition over the road in Abbey House Museum (now extended in to 2022).
