Kirkstall Abbey Markets

Come along to Kirkstall Abbey Markets, held on the last weekend of every month between March and November.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Kirkstall Abbey ruins, the weekend markets are a great way to shop locally, with different stallholders joining every month.

Take in the delicious smells and tastes of Yorkshire-made produce including cheeses & chutneys, and sweet & savoury bakes. Stop for lunch at one of the street food stalls and enjoy a drink in the cloister ruins of the abbey.

There are also a range of art and craft stalls from local makers and creatives, showcasing handmade items including homewares, accessories and natural beauty products.

Support Yorkshire-owned businesses and enjoy a day out at one of the best-preserved Cistercian monasteries in the country.

Kirkstall Abbey markets remain free of charge for all visitors, and booking is not required.

Parking is limited for Kirkstall Abbey markets. Where possible we recommend travelling to us by public transport.
