We begin our 2024 Mindfulness Festival with this session hosted by Steve Hart, using soothing self talk in meditation to be kind to ourselves and trust our intrinsic soundness.

This Pay As You Feel event is open to beginners as well as those more experienced.

It takes place in the beautiful Gatehouse Community Space at Abbey House Museum.

Part of the 2024 Leeds Mindfulness Festival.
